Here's what I've "done"...
Went to school for a long time. Loved it. Got degrees in French Literature and Art History.
Taught overseas at a highschool in Slovakia for a year with a friend.
Settled down in Toronto teaching elementary school and core French for 8 years. Loved it.
Burnt out from teaching.
Left church, school, and city to live on an organic farm in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario.
Was exposed to many new ideas, philosophies, approaches to teaching, health, and food.
Worked at a garden center, tutored, started up a small forest school pilot project with friends. Learned how to garden.
Worked for a raw milk business. Shovelled manure. Had chickens and guinea hens.
Started a successful eco-friendly cleaning business with a friend.
Travelled cross-Canada to Malcolm Island, BC. Spent the past year there property sitting, gardening, and much more.
Got the itch to travel again. Felt it was time to move on.
Am not sure where I'm going next, but I've decided it's a good time to push my personal boundaries.
Sold my car (well, not yet, but it will happen), bought a van, am taking seats out of van and building a bed into it (with the help of a friend).
Plan to connect with people I find through personal recommendations or online and see if I can mentor with them, volunteer, or stay overnight on their property. Work my way around the continent, wherever that leads me (until my gas runs out). Also visit with friends along the way, and camp out in my van. Make my way back to Ontario at some point, making sure to stop in Michigan and visit my dear sister.
Plan is subject to change at any point, on any day, at any time (good grief).

And who am I?
Good question. I'll let you know if I figure that out.
And as to my approach or way of being...also subject to change (I hope!)
